22/02/2008 15:20 TRAIN ARSONIST CHARGED AND BARRED FROM TRAVELLING UK RAILWAYS British Transport Police have charged a man in relation to an arson incident on a train in south-west London. Carlos Manuel DeSousa Serrano, 21, of Surbiton was charged yesterday with arson with intent to endanger life. He has been bailed, with restrictions, to appear in court in March. The restrictions include being barred from travelling on the train system in the UK. The charges stem from an incident on a South West Trains Waterloo to Woking service on May 2 last year. BTP arrested a male after a public appeal for information about the incident. He was charged yesterday and has been bailed to appear before the City of Westminster Magistrates Court on March 4.
