Raise a Truck Load of Cash

At the AGM of the Wisbech & March Bramley Line on Saturday 28th March, the Chairman launched an appeal to 'Raise a Truck Load of Cash' in order to raise the £10,000.00 by way of an appeal for getting the money required to pay Network Rail's legal fees in order to obtain the lease, so they can rightly re-open the line between the two towns.

The Chairman asked every member attending to save all 1p, 2p, and 5p's to put towards the appeal. Hopefully, before too long the members will raise the money required to pay for the Legal Fees of NR and so we can acquire that elusive lease and get trains rightly running between the two towns once again, once the track gets brought up to standard again, and it is not as bad as some suspect it to be.

Alternatively, if you can spare the price of an apple, then please send it to the 'Raise a Truck Load of Cash Appeal' c/o Wisbech & March Bramley Line Ltd., Suite 9, Old Bank Chambers, Dartford Road, March, PE15 8AQ.
