Sad news. I remember my one and only visit to Horwich Works was on a cold, damp, foggy day in the early 60's. We were on a trip organised by our school railway club. Refreshments were provided by a hot pie shop outside Trinity Street station.

Is the building listed?

I wonder how much of an "accident" is was last year!

It would be very sad if the build was demolished.

Best wishes,

John H-T.
