Hello

Hi I'm Simon, and I'm from chesterfield,I've been interested in railways from a small boy when My dad used to take me to trail museums, But I'm afraid I've come here under very sad circumstances, a relative of a close friend has not so long passed away, and he was a avid railway enthusiast, to the point where he even took photo's of a what we think could be the last working steam trains in England, which we are still in the process of sorting out, as as soon as we think we are done we find more stuff, so far we've found about 150-200 copys of steam days, loads of copys of railway magazine some of which are from the early 80's, various books dating from the mid 60's, and a few video's.

so with the admins permission would it be ok if at some time this week could I post a for sale ad on the site, as our friend would like them to go to an enthusiast rather than the the tip, plus I think they could do with a little help towards the funeral costs(but they have said that). I normally wouldn't just come onto a forum just to sell items but under the circumstances I have no choice, and of course I will give my full details to the admins so they can contact me to confirm I'm genuine

thanks
Simon
