Railay Webcams
This Dutch one is currently a favorite - http://www.railcam.nl/
Can anyone recommed any more? There was a good Japanese one I found off another forum but I cant remember its name

Not exactly designed for rail (more for checking traffic on the motorway), but the Aotea Quay webcam gives a good view of the Wellington rail yards.
