Hi To You All
Dave reporting as a new member here, joined the good old S&T back in 1979 upon leaving school, stayed with them until the late 80's when I became firmly just T(elecomms) until taken over by a certain french company whom I am sure most of the experts on this forum will know the name of. Find myself working anywhere but the railway nowadays but certainly miss the days of being free to walk/work almost anywhere on the track, PTS,COSS, IWA were still unheard of, happy days.
Busy scanning in loads of old slides from the early 80's onwards of my old patch's of Sheffield, Worksop, Retford and Lincoln so hopefully I will get around to posting some on here. Photography is another of my interests. Looking forward to taking part in the various discussions on the site, all the best to you all, Dave.
