Chasewater Railway 19th & 20th March 2011 gala

hi everyone just a quick reminder that chasewater railway will be having its gala next week on the 19th and 20th of march.

locos in service are:
Bagnal 0-4-0st "Linda"
Hawthorn & leslie 0-4-0st "asbestos"
Andrew Barclay 0-4-0st "Colin McAndrew"
Andrew Barclay 0-4-0st "No1964"
Hunslet 0-4-0 NCB "No6678"
BR Class 08 0-6-0 "D3429"
Baguley 0-4-0 "Bass No5"
Plus our narow gauge will be running trains at the back of or heritage center.

As some of you may know RSH Neachells No4 (a.k.a Meaford No2) was supposed to be running but unfortunately under inspection can not run due to boiler/ firebox problems, how ever the time table still remains the same as our 101 year old loco "asbestos" will be filling in Neachels No4's spots in the timetable so this will still be a very busy weekend. Also this year marks the 100th birthday for andrew barclay "Colin McAndrew" witch will be hauling the bay to bay break van ride trains.

running times are from 10.00am - 5.00pm on both saturday and sunday
