Man climbed on top of the carriage.
A Sussex passenger train was stopped for nearly an hour after a man climbed on top of the carriage.

Maybe he's been watching too many movies. If there's a train in a movie it's almost sure to have somebody on the roof at some point or other. On the other hand he could just have gone doolally
