Motherwell TMD was consigned to the history book in 2007, it was never fully repaired after a fire in 2002.

Tyne Yard is still being operated by DB Schenker.

thanks for that its just many years ago a lot of 37s use to come past berwick
and they were based at motherwell but i was at moherwell at xmas time
and seen a bit of the depot and it looked in a sorry state. as for tyne yard
i was down past there last april and there were a few 37s that were in bad
shape not to mention the buildings round about the yard

As has been said Murrerwell closed a couple of years ago and moved to the end of the world, well Mossend aint the end of the world but you can see it from there.

On a related theme, does Millerhill depot/yard still exist? As a signalman at Tweedmouth in the 80s, there were fairly regular movements to and from the place.
