Work begins on railway line between Sharpness and Oldbury

The Beaver line, which stands for Berkeley Vale Railway, will link tourist attractions and businesses between Sharpness and Oldbury Power Station. The project is being led by Pro Active Vision, a community group made up of steam enthusiasts and local businesses. |

Glad to se tht this scheme is making progress. It is amazing how long it takes to get going. The paper work seems to take forever. It took the EVR 6 years to get going and actually start work on the ground!
