Do my eyes deceive me
Was coming back today on the Chase Line (Rugeley-Hednesford) and was passed by a coal train train going to Rugeley Power Station. It looked as if (only a quick glance) that it was double headed by a Class 70 and an ex DRS 66. I am going to see if it returns later and will photograph it and also update this thread.

Update on the above - 70015 double headed 66413 into the Power Station.
They have just come out as 4E73 Rugeley Power Station to Immingham fhh, but in top and tail formation. 70015 had run round and was leading. 66413 was tailing. Photos in the diesel. (26th September) Last edited by Locoman4244; 26th September 2012 at 19:40. |
