The Unknown Warrior at The National Arboretum and then to the NEC.
The Unknown Warrior will be at The National Arboretum from 12 noon to 3.00pm on Thursday 21st November for a service of dedication. This will be the engine's first public appearance as the new National Memorial Engine and the first opportunity to see it outdoors.
see: http://www.ukmodelshops.co.uk/ It will then move onto the NEC for The Warley Model Railway Exhibition 23rd-24th November. I will be at The National Arboretum on the Thursday and on The Unknown Warrior Stand all weekend. Please come and see me. As well as The Unknown Warrior itself at The NEC, there is the launch of a new painting by Colin Wright. Both original paintings by Colin will be on display and he will be present, at least on the Saturday. The will be a collection of at least 20 original Patriot name plates on display, (not all of them on the Sunday.) There will also be one or two other exciting announcements - don't miss it! Best wishes, John H-T.
