Admittedly the Derby Roundhouse was taken on by the college rather than a private domestic housing developer but they have made it a feature.
And what a feature! It does look great, and ok it's no longer railway use, but it's still there with its inner integrity intact. Hope they do the same in other situations.
It's our history.
