Cambrian Heritage Railway

I get to spot often - done some this afternoon as I came home from Fishing luckily for me saw the Class 25 from Nottingham GCR behind one of the Hanson liveried 56's (56311) and total surprise I needed BOTH.

is it illegal to take down the number of trains on a railway bridge
Is Writing down the number or picture of a train illegal if taken on a railway bridge.
