The Harwich Railway Museum

A warm welcome to our Railway and Shipping museum.

The museum is housed in the Harwich Town station buildings which opened just three years after the Great Eastern Railway in 1865.

Over the last few months the station buildings have undergone a massive transformation whcih will take you back to 1924!

The museum is displayed in the Ten rooms of the station, The museum, curated by Bob Clow from his own lifetime aquisitions, displays a unique collection, never before seen by the public.

Open Saturdays 10am - 4 pm

Admission is Free.
