Train on fire
A train has caught fire at Dunton Green (near Sevenoaks) this morning resulting in the closure of the line. From the photos it looks to me like a Network Rail vehicle (tamper or similar).

Fire is out (approx. 8am) Network Rail have confirmed it is a Tamper Tamper was still to be moved The line still needs to be inspected & assessed for damage https://www.kentlive.news/news/kent-...pdates-5332066 BBC is now reporting that the train (tamper) is in the process of being moved to Tonbridge. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-kent-56856731 No injuries reported.
