Thanks for that - and perfect timing.

I'm currently reading the wonderful book 'English Electric Main Line Locomotives of British Rail' which includes the D10000.

Is that the one by Brian Webb ?

I've got that and it's an interesting read.

Yes it is. I just grabbed it off Ebay as I'm trying to learn Class 37s.

EE was such a clued-up company.
