Hello

I am new to train-spotting. I am starting to find it very interesting indeed but I'm not too sure where to properly start so I'm a little anxious about getting involved in this new special-interest (I also love Doctor Who, football and military-history).

I am in My early-20s and I grew up in Sheffield, where I still live. I own a book that I recently purchased called The Oxford Companion to British Railway History (which I've only briefly looked through) and I loved Thomas The Tank Engine as a child.

I have Autism and I guess I joined This Forum to learn new things about railways and train-spotting and even maybe potentially make new friends.

I would love for someone to guide Me through an introduction to this new interest/hobby.

If You've took the time to read This, then thank You
