Unknown train with mark 1 stock at canton railway depot?

Only on charters, they have to have a mark 2 at each end usually, or a "Non Passenger carrying vehicle", ie. a support coach for a Steam Loco. Mark 1's are not considered "crash-proof" since the Clapham disaster.
