Actually I would love to go on some of these special trains Especially The Orient Express
BUT there are a few considerations that being long-term sickness/un-employed has forced me to consider A/ I only have £38 pounds a month disposable income B/ I have to ensure I can access the train with my wheelchair (usually no problem with 48 hour notice) C/ my wife has to be available to come with me as my "carer" in-case I am suddenly taken ill again so WE have to afford TWO tickets But I do think that some companies do charge so much because they HAVE to make a BIG profit and they know that there are some people out there who have a large disposable income (Ask any one who sell lottery ticket who buys the most tickets answer Older people)
