Just a little update.. The celebrations have won a grant from the lottery board to help with the funding and make it an even bigger day out.

There seems to be some mix up with the 150th anniversary of the Royal Albert Bridge. In all the history articles I have read the bridge was officialy opened on May 2nd.Dave |

Just an update.
Due to overwhelming national interest in the walk across the bridge, they issued tickets and all those tickets are now gone so it you were hoping for a walk across the Royal Albert Bridge, and you haven't been allocated a ticket, you have missed the opportunity. |
