A council insists that a project to install parking at Alloa's new train station will not be delayed.

That's an intersting case...

I thought that the Land Registry was the definitive voice in who owned what, and if no one could be found then it automatically belonged to the state.

But then again...this could keep Conveyancing Solicitors "in the manner to which they are accustomed" for quite some time.
