Is it just a case of wire brushing it and slapping some stove paint on ?
Is there any one who can recommend a paint to use, don't want too make an arse of it

Hello Jonny35 and welcome to the Railway Forum. I think that if I was not going to use it, I think I would wire brushing it and slapping some stove paint on it. If I were wanting to use it, I would have it sand blasted to check that there was no hidden faults with it first.
