Question my dcc fitted hornby pendilino problems

hi all
i have a hornby pendilino dcc fitted and it does not move forward but can move backward which is strange any help would be most welcome

I suggest that you go back to the shop you bought it from and discuss the problem with them. I note from your other post that you are using the Hornby Select DCC Controller. Hornby should work with Hornby!

thanks for help but it was working fine for about 3 months and then just wouldnt work so i dont know what happend i think it might have smthing to do with the wheels but i have no clue

Good DCC opperation does require clean track and wheels so cleaning both might be the first thing to try.

that might be a good idia i have not cleaned track and my pendilinos wheels in a while

HI
Thanks a lot my pendilino is running smoother than ever somehow there was a massive clump of dust inbetween the wheels that was the proplem thanks john

Glad you have sorted it out. If you clean your track before use and keep wheels clean you should have fewer problems.

Incidentally I would not rule out using other firm's model. However I would seek advice from you local model shop.
