Landslip closes the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway
The Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway has had to close due to damage to the track caused by a landslip following a prolonged period of heavy rain. The track is being repaired and the railway hopes to reopen on Saturday 16th October, subject to completion of the repairs.
