Southeastern Trains is asked to explain its "bad" performance during snowfall which left thousands stranded.

ANY locos could have dealt with the situation; not NEARLY enough locos, and WRONG connections. Gloom.

Or even some 101s, because that worked perfectly on the ELRs emergency commuter service.
