Wymondham station was owned by the Great Eastern Railway before becoming part of the LNER.

Do you you mean Edmondthorpe & Wymondham?
The station was on the Midland line from Wymondham Junction to Little Bytham Junction where it joined end on with the M&GN line to Spalding and then on to Norwich(City)via Melton Constable. Info from British Railways Atlas & Gazetteer (pre Grouping) Published by Ian Allan ISBN 0 7110 0320 3 Pages 16,17 & 18 http://www.wymondhamleics.free-onlin...um/station.htm

I think Wymondham Station Norfolk looks a really good station, with a great restaurant and also the station is well kept.

Welcome. I usually advise people to try the Public Records Office at Kew, but in this case I'm not so sure because of the age of these records and the unlikleyhood of them having been kept. You may be lucky of course.
