Does anyone no who owns the blue class 40 parked at the EWS yard in Crewe??

Is it not "East Lancashire Railway"? It seems to be at Crewe a bit.

It is most likley owned by someone at the cklass 40 preservation socity try contacting them ansd see what they say.
