I'll second that as well. Where on earth were her parents to let her get into that state in the first place?

i feel no sympathy for the girl. for starters, 16 year olds should not be drinking vodka and where the heck were her parents? and more importantly, why wonder around near a railway line in that state? alcohol slows your reactions and all basic common sense and logical senses vanish. why was she not under very close supervision?????????????????????????????????????
