I don't think I'll ever understand this.

Kids know that it is dangerous, thats exactly why they do it. A "concerted programme of education" will only cost money and achieve nothing.

Why not teach the rest of the UK? Still, some will learn the hard way as those in Barking did a couple of years ago.

true, for me that is the only way.

I would have a sign saying "railways are dangerous, if you mess about on any of the infrastructure, you are trespassing and therefore we are not responsible if you get killed due to your negligent, criminal actions"

but thats just me
