Loco update from Amerton.

Isobel, Jennie, and Paddy have received their annual boiler inspections, this consists of a cold examination, followed by a live steam test to prove that the safety valves are in full working order.
Paddy is a vertically boilered engine, it was discovered in Jan.2012 that one of the webs on the crankshaft was out of alignment causing vibration when running, this has been rectified, and she now runs well, all engine's are now ready for the new season.
Amerton is a 2 foot gauge x 1 mile railway and is situated on the Stafford to Uttoxeter rd. just north of Weston at Amerton farm.
