Transported: Posters for the Arcadian Thames exhibition

Hi

Just wanted to let you know about our current exhibition which may be of interest to vintage poster fans.

Transported: Posters for the Arcadian Thames exhibition

Young people from Grey Court School demonstrate their creative skills in an exhibition celebrating historical transport posters of the borough.
Twenty three year nine pupils worked with artists Rachel Craddock and Eleanor Pile to create their homages to train and tube posters.

Their work is displayed alongside a selection of stunning historical posters from the 1920s and 1930s, on loan from the London Transport Museum in London.

The project was made possible by the Thames Landscape Strategy.
