Bachmans New Models

Steam. 3200 GWR Earls Class and a SR SECR C Class. Electric. A Southern 419 parcel van. On the sound scene there is a Class 57 and for steam fans a super D. Have a look at Bachmans web site for the full details. Baz

There are also the LMS Stanier Porthole Coaches, SR Goods Brake Van, Covered Hopper Wagons and Bulk Grain Hopper Wagons.

The Dukedog was predictable because of the way the mech for City of Truro is designed but the Class C is a pleasant suprise.

Overal a good selection for the next two years.

Best wishes,

John H-T.

Its about time we southern fans had a general purpose brake van. I'll probably buy about 6 or 7 at least

Just seen Rails' announcement re: their joint project with Bachmann for The LMS Twins. The Black Liveried locos are to be exclusive to Rails while the Green Liveried versions are to go on general release. The Rails' price for the Black Locos will be close to the Bachmann RRP of £106.60, significantly under cutting the price of the Hattons/Dapol version!

Best wishes,

John H-T.
