New lines.

I found this about the reopening of 14 lines in the UK.

A bit of it is about Canada so ignore that.

I am struck by the fact that a "new" station would be put in place in Rawtenstall. To provide this service would require destruction of the rather lovely (and not that old) present station building.

Another thing was about services to Brixham, but a good half mile of this 2 mile branch has been built over.
