Hello,
Have you tried using a search engine such as Google? If you search using the terms "fouling point" "cant deficiency" "track superelevation" and "railway/railroad trackwork" you will find many specialised websites.

If you could get your hands on Network Rail standards it would help.
There are many! Handbook 49 for track design, for example. A good book to get hold of is the PWI - British Railway Track Design Construction Maintenance. I've got edition 6 (1993), not sure what the newest edition is |
