n gauge wagon couplings

Having tested one and found it worked on a test track, I have just installed 9 Gaugemaster Seep decoupling electro magnets on my N gauge freight layout.
Now I find that although the electro magnet is activating the draw down tag attached to the wagon couplings some of the couplings are not decoupling.
Has anyone used the Gaugemaster electro magnet and found a solution to this problem. I can be contacted at [email protected]
