Help with Freightlocate please
Hi everyone,
This is similar in some ways to the thread about how to find timetables for freight. I found "Freightlocate" which is less expensive than Freightmaster, and the information is more or less what I want, to let me see what trains are about and when, between Dumfries, Gretna Junction, Lockerbie and Carlisle, my area! My problem is that being new to the hobby, I struggle a bit with abreviations used on sites like Freightlocate. I have tried to Join the Freightlocate Forum, but no success in getting my registration with the Forum so far. Does anyone here use Freightlocate, who would be prepared to answer a few questions for this thicko from the border please, so I can get the best out of the site and the tables it produces. I'm happy to mail directly via [email protected] As I say, I'm happy with Freightlocate, which has options for passenger trains as well as Freight. Best regards John Young |

never heard of frightlocate until now and not interested in spending £25
Another approach as you are from Scotland is to register with this group https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/scot-rail/info You should get lots of e-mails regarding movements in your area John |
