Student project - Accessibility on Trains

Dear community,

I'm a student working on the topic "Accessibility on Trains" with the
focus on the platform-train entry situation. I would like to compare
different international solutions for this:

* Which utilities are there?
* Where could I get some information about them?
* How do the passengers like them?

Could someone of you help me with some examples from different
countries?

Thank you very much in advance,

Kurt

Hi Kurt,

I've just finished a dissertation on the impact of the VHF timetable on the West Coast Main Line. When I looked at passenger responses toservice quality I used the data from passenger focus surveys.

I think there might be sections in these latst reports that show passenger satisfaction rates for train and station facilities for each operator if this helps.
