South Africa: Train plunges into river

Pictures in the article. Thank goodness no lives lost. The government, however, is not doing their job of maintaining the infrastructure as this should have been foreseen. Over the years the river has been getting closer to the tracks.

Hmmm. We've got that here too and people have died.

Hatfield curves & Potters Bar, to name just two.
