Railroad Station Design ideas needed
Hello Everybody,
I am looking to remodel a preschool using a train station design/decor theme. I am looking to change mainly the facade of the building. I have been searching images and have not been very impressed. Can anyone give me some ideas on how a classic train station looks on the outside? I do not want anything related to Thomas the Train - more along the lines of upscale, and retro. I do not want the design to be too kitschy. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

First detail required for any design is SIZE. How big is the façade to be remodelled?
Next requirement; what Country of Origin do you want? How ornate do you want it? Classical columns, brick facade, etc? |

HI Phil,
Thank you for your reply. I am guessing America, but whatever region can give a simple, yet distinctive look, even retro??? What would work well at a preschool? |

Currently the school has a cute wooden steam engine out front and the colors are black and red.
