Power failures on the West Coast rail line were not caused by a new faster train timetable, says an inquiry.

So Network Rail have decided that the problems which occurred were not due to the work just done by.....erm, Network Rail.

So everything's still on for big bonuses all round then chaps. Splendid.

How does one get a job with these jokers I wonder ?
