Blue Class 60?

I saw what could have been a blue Class 60 going over Stockport viaduct north with hoppers on monday afternoon/evening.

It had white writing on the side with a name plate on.

Any ideas please on what it could be?

This would be 60 074 which was painted blue and branded with DB Schenker in 2008. It was named Teenage Spirit, in recognition of the cancer fund.
