On the 13th & 14th of August, the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway are having a home fleet gala weekend with 31 414, 33 035, & a DMU. Details on this link http://www.e-v-r.com/eventinfo/

How about Manchester Victoria, Leeds, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Barnetby, Toton, Glasgow and Edinburgh ?
Now tell me that you have been to all those!

More looking for heritage Railways than nain line journeys though with a bit of luck I should be at the EVR on Saturday.

Then get on up to Matlock as well D8 is planned to be the Diesel in service as the Class 31 is low on fuel

In that case most probabl;y do Peak Rail on the Saturday andthe EVR on SUnday or hopefully EVR This Sat and PR next Saturday.
