Diesel/Electric Railtour Information
This website: http://www.uksteam.info/tours/trs06.htm gives excellent info on steam railtours in the UK, including the timings which are most useful for anyone who doesn't have all day to wait around 'on spec!'
Does anyone know of a similar site giving lists and timings of modern-traction tours? |

Kingfisher Railtours are doing a number of modern traction tours now including "The Whitby Jet" 29.4.2006 (2 x 37's) and "The Snowdonia Explorer" 15.4.2006. (37) see www.kingfisherrailtours.co.uk . I have already booked for the Whitby Jet.
Also worth a look: Railtourer Ltd of Hull, phone 01482 659082 for a brochure. I have travelled with them a number of times .......... good. |
