Villagers to join rail mast talks (BBC News)

On the face of it this doesnt look that bad. However would any of us really like to wake up and see one of these beasts outside our window? I dont think many would.
Again its rail to do with rail safety and i think we'd all like a safer network and anything that can be done to assist that must be a good thing.
