Well it's not a a normal train looks more like some sort of tube train although it looks like it may be on a sledge at the end towards the camera

The colours are bright so it's recently been repainted
and the colours are SIMILAR to LUL's new colours for 2012 but there are some differences at the front end for it probably not to be an LUL train
