Hi Guys, I found this Information on the WNXX (end of the line website), Thanks guys, hope that it is of use and is from a very trusted site.

Class 60 overhaul program...
A review of the Class 60 overhaul program being undertaken at Toton. Firstly it should be acknowledged the part that 60011 and 60099 have played in that they were respectively the electrical and mechanical test bed locomotives for those Class 60 entering into the overhaul program. Based on what was learnt from these two a template for the overhaul of a Class 60 has been arrived at and implemented.
The first Tug through the program was 60007 brought over from store inside the old depot at Crewe DMD. The overhaul of 60007 became quite protracted as besides improvements to what was incorporated into 60011 and 60099 there was the inevitable learning curve to climb and, but most importantly, was the acquirement of a jig which has been installed at Toton to aid with the refurbishment. Whilst this development delayed the release of 60007 it has allowed for a faster turn around with the Class 60s subsequently overhauled.
To date 60007 60054 and 60091 have been overhauled and returned to traffic. 60074 has been overhauled and is currently in the paint facility at Toton. 60074 is set to retain its/a special livery on release. There are several points where the Class 60 body shell suffers from corrosion and these areas are cut out and re-plated during the overhaul hence why 60074 has gone in for cosmetics. 60059 60063 and 60079 are currently inside at Toton being worked on whilst 60010 60015 and 60040 are outside the shed awaiting their turn.

I wonder what's going on 60 024 was moved down to Toton yesterday and as far as I could see it was running.
It was in a convoy of 5 class 66's and they were all running too but Tug 24 stuck out because of the old livery with the White lettering of " EW & S 60024 " in the Yellow band the movement was

So have 60011 and 60099 been refurbished or just used as guinea pigs? I know 60011 has been repainted.

Any info much appreciated.
