Signal problems hit rail journeys (BBC News)

Never mind the Severn Tunnel, this happens EVERY time I use what was Thameslink, but staff FAIL to inform passengers every time, Hence my reason for now using alternative means and due to Lack of information from some members of staff who are it seems, frightened to communicate with their customers.
