New life for LT D stock trains.

I'm trying to keep myself up to date with what's new (ish) in UK rail and found this UTube video about what Viva Rail are doing with ex LT D stock tube trains.

I'm sure these beautiful machines will find their way into the "Northern Powerhouse" sooner or later.

Just as well that the library don't permit SOUND.
I have viewed the clip in silence.
The clip presenter does appear to open his mouth a lot.
I am wondering how comfy them seats are.
And, safety vests but NOT all wearing em standing infront of the train.
Tut tut.
Ah well, any train is better than NO train.
I am not a bus fan.

Top Tip Steve.

Take a pair of headphones with you. Those with a stereo 3.5mm plug should do.

G'day Philip,
I normally only snavel you tuber video clips while at the library to later view at home.
Time is ticking when you log on.
So, I don't carry any earplug headphones when hoofing down town.
But, as I had accomplished all of me intended googling, I simply viewed the clip while at the library.
A picture is worth a 1000 words, don't they say.
And there were probably more than a 1000 words spoken.
I got the basic notion of the revamped train from the silent presentation.
HA!
Steve.
