A not uncommon occurrance sadly...which is the very reason why traincrew at my TOC are forbidden from taking the lift, just in case it gets stuck and a train should be delayed. Still maybe the stair walking makes up a bit for the sedentary lifestyle.

My TOC have a similar policy about traincrew being forbidden from using the lift
